The Nadia Reid show has been rescheduled to Friday 11 December 2020 at Northcote Social Club, located at 301 High Street, Northcote.  

Your current tickets are automatically valid for this new date, and you do not need to take any further action if you are able to attend the event. 

Message from Nadia Reid:

Dear Australian fans and followers, 

This is a hard time for all. Due to recent announcements by the Australian and New Zealand Governments, I am going to reschedule the Out Of My Province tour until December. 

I've been so looking forward to our AU shows in celebration of my new record. 

Please hang onto your tickets for the new dates, as they will remain valid for these. It is more important than ever to realise how important this is to our industry's future #keepyourticket

By keeping your ticket you keep funds in the industry when it is most needed.

By keeping your ticket it means the bands to not have to begin their marketing campaign again, therefore, losing all the money they have spent to promote shows.

We understand not all can and we accept that but where you can please #keepyourticket.

Should you no longer be able to attend the event, you have the option to request a refund prior to Friday 29 May 2020 by logging into your Moshtix Account and following these steps. If you created your booking as a Guest, Sign Up here to register and access your tickets using the same email address that was used for the booking. 

If you have requested a refund, it is now in queue to be processed. Our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual due to the unprecedented number of events rescheduling. You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed, and your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account. Please allow up to 3-5 business days from this notification for the funds to return to your account. 

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after this period, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix.

Alternatively, if you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.

Please understand that given the extraordinary circumstances, our Fan Support teams are incredibly busy at the moment, so we encourage you not to contact us. Instead, you can find lots of information and answers to your questions in our information portal at tixsupport.moshtix.com.au.
